Shipping policy

We try our best to fulfill our orders promptly and ship our items as soon as possible. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to process on average. Processing times may vary during peak seasons such as Summar, Christmas and sales. 

Orders placed after 12:00pm PT are treated as if they came in on the next business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your order status. 

Lost Items: Once the item is carrier, we will not be held liable for lost, damaged or stolen packages. This applies for all packages, including those that are shipped for free. For any issues, please contact your local carrier.  

Damaged Packages

If you suspect your package was damaged during shipping or you received a damaged item, please make sure to contact our team within 24 hours of receiving your package. We will do our best to resolve the issue.
